You’ll find lots of part-time roles available if that suits you best, and support and understanding if your circumstances change.

Benefits

Birmingham Day Nurseries are part of the University of Birmingham, and staff benefit from lots of great extras as a result.

You’ll have a total of 40 days annual leave a year pro rata, which includes Bank Holidays and a number of University closed days (for example around Christmas and Easter). You’ll be enrolled in the University’s pension scheme, which means your employer will contribute to your pension. You’ll be given a free uniform. Benefits in the staff room include fresh fruit and hot drinks to keep you energized. You’ll have access to free wellbeing support, and advice on your career.
